Step 2 - Access the online help in your application
Login to your Webrecs document store and access the online help to get answers to application usage questions (hint - click on the help icon 
on the menu bar )
Step 3 - Access Webrecs support staff
Login to your Control Panel and click the 
"Request support" icon in the top right corner of the page to access our help-desk system. Enter the help ticket details and your support ticket will be answered by one of our knowledgeable support staff.
